Webb21 dec. 2009 · Hey guys, Just recently, as of about 4 hours ago, I started to feel a fairly sharp pain in my stomach area, directly adjacent to my navel. It doesn't feel too deep below the surface of the skin, so I'm assuming it in the muscle tissue. I'm just confused as to what is, and more importantly, what it's going to do to my lifting routine.
