WebOnTrac is the absolute worst. The ONLY delivery problems I ever have is when they handle the package. They will show something delivered 24 hours before it is actually dropped off. It seems to be their policy because I ran into this years ago when they did Amazon deliveries and now Best Buy is using them and it's the same thing.
