WebJun 18, 2016 · Hi. I figured it out, i don't know if this helped but i disabled my antivirus sofware and looked for the driver in the device manager. I clicked show hidden devices and Wacom drive downloader showed up somewhere, can't remeber right now, but i was able to remove it and install the new driver, which works perfect right now. Thanks for the help. WebPatches for wacom.c in 2.4 was majorly modified by John Joganic. Specially, the reset thread was added by John to deal with the case when the tablet is set/reset to HID mode. Otherwise the driver will have to be reloaded. The code was tested by users. Patches for wacom.c in 2.6 was made by myself.
