WebCheckout the EmbedComicMetadata plugin for Calibre. It can embed the metadata as a ComicInfo.xml file inside the cbz file. I use Calibre for the metadata and this plugin to embed the info. Then you can use the cbz file in any comic reader with the metadata. I prefer to use the YACreader for reading since it provides a better experience.
